Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your corporate gifting needs. We take great pride in the quality of our curated gift boxes, ceramics, and leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Standard Returns We accept returns on regular, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items are strictly non-returnable:
Custom, personalized, or specially branded corporate gift boxes.
Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
Used leather notebooks or ceramics that show any signs of wear.
3. Damaged or Defective Items We carefully package all of our fragile items, including ceramics. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fei@irvinepen.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the external shipping box. We will gladly expedite a replacement or issue a full refund for the damaged goods.
4. Return Process To initiate a return, please email us at fei@irvinepen.com. with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, especially when returning fragile items like ceramics, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item intact.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
