For Porcelain, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. For custom corporate gifts, our standard minimum order is 10 units.

For porcelain, we offer hand-painting, drawing, and custom text-such as corporate logos, team member names, or personalized greetings. For other products, we provide laser engraving and full-color logo printing. Custom gift packaging is also available upon request.

Standard production usually takes 7-10 business days after you approve the digital design proof. For the porcelain and leather products , processing will take 25 business days. Shipping time is additional based on your location.

Yes, samples are available upon request, subject to the following guidelines: Standard product samples are available for purchase if you wish to keep them.
Handcrafted ceramic works : Since each piece is a unique work , sample pieces are provided for viewing and evaluation only. Customers may not keep handcrafted samples free of charge, if you wish to retain a sample, it must be purchased.
Custom Orders: We use samples to confirm design and craftsmanship with you before starting full production based on your exact specifications.
